Hotpot Cooking Instructions:

1.解凍湯包,將兩包 (2-3人套餐) /
四包 (4-5人套餐)湯底倒入鍋中煮沸至滾燙。

1. Defrost the soup pack. Pour two packs (for set that serves 2-3) /
four packs (for set that serves 4-5) of soup base into a pot and bring to a boil until hot.

2.加入75-100毫升/150-200毫升淡奶並攪拌,
可按個人口味調整。

2. Add 75-100 ml / 150-200 ml of evaporated milk, stirring well. Adjust for taste.

3.建議試飲湯底,細味胡椒豬肚湯,並享受豬肚,
竹笙,腐皮等配料的最佳口感。

3. Taste the soup to enjoy its warmth and the texture of pig stomach, bamboo fungus, and beancurd sheet.

4.開始加入火鍋配料,過程中可隨時加入
其餘的湯包或高湯保持湯量。

4. Add hotpot toppings. Add the remaining soup packs or extra stock as needed to keep the soup level.

5.火鍋結束前,將米線放入另一鍋滾水中煮5分鐘,
瀝乾後過冷河,再加入火鍋煮至軟硬適中。

5. At the end, cook rice noodles in a separate pot for 5 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, and add to the hotpot. Let them absorb the soup flavor before serving.

小貼士:可隨喜好加入菜、葱或芫荽增添風味。
